Shipping & Delivery Terms and Conditions

Shipping:

Please note that purchases do not include a vase. We ship flowers via Fedex overnight in a box. As a family farm, we do not operate like 1800flowers and we are unable to hand deliver. Boxes will be left on your porch by Fedex, no signature required. We do our best to have our flowers to you within 24 hrs, but occasionally shipping delays outside of our control do occur. We send a few extra stems in each bouquet to replace any stems that do not transport well. Be sure to check the forecast prior to ordering for any freezing temperatures on your delivery date. Select a different arrival date, as freezing temperatures will destroy your blooms. Please let us know if you have any concerns at simpelacrefarm@gmail.com.

Once receiving your box of flowers, please remove the flowers immediately. Remove the hydration pack and cut the bottom half inch of the stems at an angle and place in a vase of cool, clean water with the flower food packet included in your box. Keep them out of direct sunlight. Be sure to recut the stems and replace with cool, clean water every few days to enjoy your flowers for longer. Take out any stems that don't look well, to maintain a beautiful looking arrangement for longer.

Please note that purchases do not include a vase. Each bouquet comes wrapped in a hydration wrap with flower food. Please be sure you will be around asap to get your flowers in a vase of water. Flower deliveries are made to 73064, 73099, 73089 and we'll text you once it has been delivered. Due to the high volume of deliveries we are unfortunately unable to give a specific delivery time. When you receive your flowers, please remove the hydration pack. Cut the bottom half inch of the stems at an angle, remove all leaves below the water line and place in a vase of cool, clean water with the entire flower food packet included in your box. Keep them out of direct sunlight. Be sure to recut the stems and replace with cool, clean water every few days to enjoy your flowers for longer. Take out any stems that don't look well, to maintain a beautiful looking arrangement.
